This package includes all applicable services from our basic and deep clean packages, and...

• detailed cleaning of base boards

• deep cleaning of shower, tub, and backsplash grout 

• dusting and cleaning of the exteriors of air vents (NOT inside air ducts)

• cleaning exterior of all major appliances

• deep cleaning of interior of oven

• deep clean and sanitization of interior of refrigerator

This price includes kitchen, dining room, one living room, up to two bedrooms, and up to two bathrooms. Additional rooms can be added at time of booking for an additional $20 fee per room. Rooms not disclosed at time of booking will not be included. 

Any rooms that have an extreme amount of grime will require extra time and thus will incur a $45 additional fee per room that is in that state.
